BROKER RECIPROCITY

Broker reciprocity is a program where MLS Participants give each other permission to display their MLS listings on each other’s web sites. Brokers who participate in the program can display all of each other’s active MLS listings which increase the homeowners properties visibility adding more showings which can lead to more offers.

PHOTOGRAPHS

We strongly believe that quality photographs are essential.  Superior quality is only one part of the equation, multiple quality photos are necessary to tell your homes story.  Setting a sequence of photos is crucial as we set up the exterior of the home (curb appeal) and bring them through as if they are in your home.  This will set up a desire to see the home in person.  The photos are used to build a virtual tour which is attached to the listing as well.
